The purpose of this project was to pick out a book that you like but hate the cover and to redesign the cover. I did this project during my typography class in Digital Arts and Design. I enjoyed this project because I feel that I learned a lot from the class and it shows through this redesign of the cover. I chose this book because I love the story in both the movie and the book (the book is better) but absolutely hate the cover. I never felt the cover did it justice for how good it is. I used Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to finish everything up. It was a lot of fun, it was one of my first projects to use InDesign also.
